What we collect

When the contact form is enabled, we collect your name, work email, business name, inquiry message, time of submission, and a short-lived hash derived from the request IP to limit abuse. We also receive technical request logs through our hosting provider and Turnstile security verification. Please do not submit sensitive personal information.

Why we use it

To respond to your inquiry, understand your request and protect the site against spam and abuse. We do not sell your inquiry details. The site does not include ad analytics or tracking pixels by default.

Providers and storage

Cloudflare Pages/Workers, D1 and Turnstile are intended hosting and security services. Access is limited to approved administrators. D1 data is protected in transit and by provider-managed storage controls. No sensitive information should be emailed or uploaded through the public form.

Retention

We aim to review and delete contact inquiries that are no longer needed, ordinarily within 90 days unless a legitimate reason or legal duty requires longer. Administrators can remove records; configure and document your operational retention process before launch.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable law, by emailing our contact address. We use local storage for the preferred color theme and to acknowledge this privacy notice. We do not load optional marketing cookies by default. If marketing analytics are added later, we will assess whether consent and additional disclosures are required.
